Construction management

Construction management at IBB is carried out exclusively by qualified employees. As a builder-owner, you always have the support of one single, competent contact person for all construction steps. A site manager provides support, advice and coordination – from excavation and technical sampling to the end of the project.

No construction site without IBB site manager. Our site managers take care of the correct execution of the construction project and take over all tasks that belong to a well-functioning construction project. They are the central contact person for the construction owner, the construction companies involved, the construction planners and the authorities.

The tasks include:

• Preparation of the construction site and compliance with construction site safety
• Creation of a schedule and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Operational planning and coordination of the required manpower
• Monitoring the scheduled and smooth progress of construction
• Joint measuring with the involved companies
• Supply control of building materials
• Coordination of the required machines
• Acceptance of all construction work and identification of possible defects
• Handover of the building object, including compilation and handover of the necessary documents
