Concrete and masonry work

IBB Baugesellschaft create living and working space for young and old, either cast in concrete or stone on stone. Single-family homes, apartment buildings, industrial and commercial properties, public buildings as well as agricultural buildings –  from the foundation to the finished shell (including the roof), our highly qualified masons carry out all important concrete and masonry work.

We prepare a complete set of specifications for each construction project and guarantee a qualitative execution. After completion of the shell construction work, we remain at your side as a competent partner and coordinate the following craftsmen within the agreed time frame. We think accross all trades. Interior finishing requires maximum precision, because the lining of floors, walls and ceilings involves unique work and visible finishes. Tiles are resistant and easy to maintain and fit in many rooms. The possibilities and variety are almost unlimited. Therefore, the design of floors and walls with tiles is of particular importance. We advise you on your choice and draw your attention to practical aspects such as material, colour, size, shape and laying style. The garden - your outdoor living room

Each of our construction projects involves earthworks and the landscaping of outdoor spaces. We offer optimum solutions for earthworks, starting with the excavation of the ground, levelling and fixing works, as well as the transport and disposal of the soil.

Even before the construction of the building is completed, we also help you plan your outdoor areas. We take care of the garden layout with paved areas, small paths, a terrace, protective screens, retaining walls, etc. The creation of a garden pond, barbecue area or swimming pool can also be part of our services.

All other trades (heating, plumbing, electrical, plastering and painting work, major infrastructure work, steel construction, ...) are coordinated by our site managers with a fixed repertoire of experienced subcontractors from the region. We organise regular construction site meetings with the responsible foremen. In this way, we guarantee transparency at all times and can build on a trusting customer loyalty.
