IBB realises the concrete works and the outdoor facilities of the modern car dealership in Troisvierges (L). The new LUX-AUTOLAND automobile centre is being built on a newly developed industrial estate, planned and implemented according to the latest specifications.
A completely new company building
The Scholzen Group has been active in vehicle buying and selling in the border triangle of Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany for over half a century convincing with a very distinctive identity. Due to the constant growth of the sales activities, the Luxembourg location has become too small in the meantime, despite several past conversions and extensions, so that the management felt compelled to consider a new building. The new location was quickly found. Only a few kilometres away from the current branch office, the client was able to reserve an ideally located plot of land in a newly developed industrial estate in Troisvierges.
A suitable atmosphere for the automobile
The new building offers the building owner the unique opportunity to provide the full range of services under one roof with the shortest possible distances. Priority is given to a clear building structure in which the presentation of the different brands and models of vehicles will be highlighted. The large showroom will impress with its transparency and natural incidence of light. All in all, the car centre will be more spacious. The client also took into account ecological and sustainability aspects.
