Vianden is one of the most visited cities in Luxembourg and is well known for its proud castle, its cycle and hiking paths, its gastronomy and the nationally renowned Walnut Festival. In this extremely attractive setting, IBB Baugesellschaft is planning the construction of three large building complexes, which are connected by an underground car park.
Partnerships - the key to success
This major project - the land covers an area of approximately 7,590 m² - represents a milestone in the history of IBB Baugesellschaft and reflects the growing potential of the company. The during a construction period of two years erected new buildings will be used as facilities for assisted living, host a shopping centre and other commercial premises as well as numerous apartments.
The first residential building (called Breda), will house 36 units of approximately 65 m² each, equipped with modern facilities, rented by the Luxembourg Red Cross and intended to serve as supported housing for the elderly. Right next door, a second building will be constructed, serving as a residence (Nassau) and comprising 16 apartments with a living area of between 95 and 116 m² as well as parking spaces and a lift from the underground garage.
